The Site exists to schedule complimentary consultations with our firm. It is operated on our behalf by Fidelis AI Consultants & Technology Solutions ("Fidelis"), our booking and messaging service provider.

Sovereign Tax Advisory LLC is responsible for the personal information collected through the Site.

By using the Site, submitting the consultation request form, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

When you request a consultation through the Site, we collect the information you provide directly, including:

• Full name
• Company name and your role
• Phone number
• Email address
• Approximate annual business revenue or personal income range
• The industry or sector your business operates in
• Whether any part of your income is not subject to withholding
• Your written response to the qualifying question about what prompted your inquiry

Message frequency varies and depends on the activity in your consultation booking process. On average, expect between 2 and 8 messages related to any single consultation request.

Message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. We do not charge you directly for SMS messages, but standard rates from your wireless provider apply.

How to opt out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Once you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages from us. If you need help, reply HELP and we will provide assistance.

Third-party SMS providers

We use trusted third-party service providers (including but not limited to Twilio, Inc.) to deliver SMS messages. These providers process your phone number and message content solely to deliver messages on our behalf and are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality of your information. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information sharing for SMS

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How we share your information

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With Fidelis: Fidelis operates the booking and messaging systems on our behalf and processes the information you submit solely for those purposes.
• With service providers: We share information with vendors who help us operate the Site and communications, including SMS providers (Twilio), email providers, CRM providers (GoHighLevel), and analytics providers (Google Analytics). These vendors are contractually obligated to protect your information.
• For legal reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Sovereign Tax Advisory LLC, Fidelis, or others.
• In a business transfer: If Sovereign Tax Advisory LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Consultation request information is typically retained for up to 3 years unless you request earlier deletion.
